I did it! I braved the cold!
I've never seen snow like this in Texas! It's incredible!
I just had to get out of my apartment today, so I put on the layers and sucked it up. I read all the time on people's blogs that layered tights are so much warmer than jeans, so I took the advice and tried it out myself. I must say, they kept me quite warm. Only exception - my tush. The socks over the tights added that extra layer of warmth to the lower part of my legs, but I'm sure my booty had goosebumps. Maybe next time I'll throw on some biker shorts, too.
Regardless, I'm glad I wasn't cooped up again today and that I got to enjoy the sights. It may be the norm for people who live in climates where you get to fully experience the four seasons, but the closest thing I've had to four seasons is the hotel chain.
I hope you are keeping toasty and drinking plenty of hot coco to warm your insides. Happy winter, lovelies!

I can't believe all of that snow is in Texas - I'm in Wisconsin and it looks like that! You look great! Lots of layers in the winter is definitely needed!
(I'm hosting a Shopbop giveaway if you're interested.)
@Jessica
I know! It was ridiculous!
Thanks for letting me know about your giveaway!
I love your layers!
@Isabella
Thanks! I joked with my husband about not wanting to move up north because it takes three times as long to get dressed every day because of all the layers! lol But I do quite like the outcome. :)
