Giving in

Today was a decidedly flowy skirt day.

I had a whole other outfit picked out to wear today, but I could not resist the power of the flowy skirt.  It was calling my name.

Rarely do I ever pick out my clothes the night before, mainly because I know I'll probably change my mind by the next day anyway.  But, for whatever reason, I picked an outfit out last night - confident that it would stick.  And, what d'ya know?  It didn't.  I'd like to say this was a big surprise, but, evidently, it wasn't.

So I succumbed to the flowy skirt powers-that-be, and I'm glad I did.  I haven't been feeling all that well lately, but twirling in a skirt makes everything better.

A big thanks to my friend Derek for taking these pictures after class!  He dealt with many an awkward face while trying to get a twirling pose.
