One of my favorite parts of being a blogger is meeting other bloggers. The fashion and beauty blogging community here in the DFW area has really come together, and I've been so honored to get to know so many lovely ladies. Our most recent meet-up was this past Saturday, and, of course, it was full of shopping, fun, and laughter.
We started our morning at Ann Taylor Loft, which opened up an hour early just for our group. In what appears to be my typical nature, I was late...I'm definitely not a morning person! But I thought it was beyond generous of Loft to open their doors early for us. I quickly caught up with the rest of the group and got some good purchases, including these shorts in Gold Harvest and Hazy Blue. We all received 40% of our purchases, which was an added bonus.
Following our shopping venture, we ate brunch at Lemon Bar, where we enjoyed some yummy food and bottomless mimosas and bellinis. The conversation and the laughter was definitely flowing!
Luckily, a farmer's market was being held right outside the restaurant. I picked up some zucchini and squash after our meal. Doesn't it look delicious!
A few us did a tad bit more shopping, and we all said our goodbyes (for now). All in all, it was a fantastic morning.
Unfortunately, I was being held up at the Loft register when the group picture was taken, but I was there in spirit...
