Review: John Frieda Full Repair Shampoo and Conditioner

Full Body ShampooFull Body Conditioner
I have been using the Full Repair Shampoo and Conditioner together since I received them at the John Frieda Salon Tour, and I have been pretty impressed.  The shampoo cleans hair very effectively without over-drying, and following up with the conditioner has left my hair silky soft.  Usually, I don't style my hair with too much heat, but I've been straightening my hair more often lately.  This system has helped keep my split ends under wraps, and my hair does not look or feel dry at all.  Also, I don't like to use shampoos and conditioners that have a strong floral or fruity fragrance, and this system has a wonderful clean, fresh smell that I love.

I would definitely recommend using both products together.  I don't like the way my hair looks or feels with just a shampoo regardless of the brand, so I always, always follow up with conditioner.  The two products used together do produce great results.  Moreover, they can be used on processed or colored hair, which is definitely a plus because you can protect your color while still moisturizing and repairing your hair.

If you regularly blow-dry or straighten your hair, these products are definitely for you, but they would also be good for someone who deals with split ends or dryness regardless of how you usually style your hair.  If you want to keep split ends at bay, repair damaged strands, and smooth hair while still maintaining volume and body, these products will do the job.

Don't forget - I'll be continuing the reviews this week, and you'll have a chance to win all the products in a giveaway starting this Friday!
