Caleb and I close on our house tomorrow! We are so excited about being homeowners! We feel so lucky to have found a home that suits our style so well. Since it was built in 1940, it has some vintage qualities that give it charm, but it also has the updates that we wanted. We love the original hardwoods, attic bedrooms and built-ins, but the amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms bring this house into the 21st century.
Before we move in, I thought I'd give you a sneak peak at some of the 'before' pictures. We can't wait to put our mark on this house and make it a home.

WOW- That home is perfect! I love how much character it has but is still updated. Those built ins & floors are GREAT!!!!! Can't wait to see what you all add to it.
