Have you ever had the urge to do something and you felt like if you didn't do it right then you'd go crazy?
I had one of those moments today.
I've been wanting to reorganize my closet for a while now, but I never seemed to have the time to dedicate to it. (I knew it would be a big project). And then today came along, and I had the time. So I had to do it. I was so intense on getting it done that I spent hours, literally hours, gutting my closet and putting it back together in a way that I found suitable. I was on a mission. There were clothes scattered about, purses strewn around, shoe boxes everywhere...my closet, and bedroom for that matter, looked like a war zone.
But now it's beautiful.
It turned out exactly as I had hoped, and it was well worth the hours spent perfecting it. Now I've just got to keep it that way for another six months or so...
After my closet gutting was finished, I took a break before I did some grocery shopping. I know, I know...my life is so entertaining.
Needless to say, today was a comfy-casual day. I opted for my glasses, wore loose ankle jeans, and put my unwashed hair in a knitted beret. And I conquered the world...or at least my closet.
What did you do today?
Fleece lined boots,
icon bracelet from travels,
and a large horse pendant.
